A verse to ponder today...

Things I've been workin on;)

I have been working on SEVERAL projects lately...some quicker than others:) I've had a little time without Goose, as she's been spending time with her daddy.  I would like to say that I have been highly motivated and focused on GETTIN things done....HA! I have managed a to finish a few things.
This little beauty was created during THE GREAT YARD SALE DISASTER!It's going to be a Christmas present for.....GOOSE! shhhh pls don't tell her!! It was a loom knitting project. And as I had so much time on my hands during the pathetic sale event, aforementioned, I managed to complete it:) Guess that is a good thing, considering the NON sale event!!   Now, if I can just get it to shape up a little! Does anyone know how to "block" a project like this? I know I've seen it SOMEWHERE about blocking finished projects but, well,  I am NOT spending another minute searching for that, thank you very much:(

This "Seashell" bag was made for Iaa(aka Irene) as she heads up north for the rest of the summer. Just something for her to remember  those of us still braving "Sunny" Florida!!  It was (obviously) my first Messenger Bag  soooo LET'S  just say I learned a few things while making it!! The fabric was out of my grandma's stash  that I received a couple of months ago.
I've also got a dress I finished....but THAT is another story post coming soon!

Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord;  let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song. Psalm 95:1-2
Hope you had a wonderful weekend!

  3. Thanks for visiting, I hope the skirt takes you only an hour too. My friend Barb that I mentioned made 5 last week, 4 adult sized and one for a toddler. Oh, I thought I was going to die on how cute the toddler one was. Either she did nothing else, or they whipped up fast for her too. Have fun.
